Getting Started Shopping To shop at Munro's on line, simply browse through our catalog. When you find an item you would like to purchase, type in the desired quantity and click the 'add to bookbag' button. Your Bookbag Your Bookbag holds items you have selected during your visit. You may add, change or delete items from your bookbag or cancel your entire order anytime prior to your final checkout. Checkout Help Billing & Shipping Addresses If your billing and shipping addresses are the same, you need not fill out the Ship To portion. If you wish to ship to a different address than you are being billed at, please fill in the appropriate information in the Ship To section. Shipping Options All items are normally shipped via Canada Post Expedited. This service will get your order to most Canadian addresses in about 7-10 days. Delivery to more remote Canadian addresses may take a day or two longer. We can also ship via Canada Post XpressPost. This service is only slightly more expensive, and usually arrives in major Canadian centers in 2 or 3 days. Again, delivery to more remote Canadian addresses may take a day or two longer. Canada Post delivery to US addresses usually takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on distance. We've worked out a simple schedule of Canada Post shipping charges for Canadian and US delivery. See the shipping page of our checkout procedure page for details. If you want to have your order shipped by some faster, more expensive method, just let us know, and we'll make every effort to accommodate you.
